Physical Goods
Orders for physical items are processed within three (3) business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 2–5 business days.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
GrapplingArc is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
International Shipping
We offer several international shipping options. Delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 10–28 business days.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping costs. GrapplingArc is not liable for delays or fees resulting from customs clearance or international shipping processes.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive or gain access to your purchased materials. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we generally cannot offer a full refund or exchange, except where required by law.
Digital Goods
We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of purchase for digital products. To request a refund, please contact us via our contact page and include the title of the digital item you wish to refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and your access to the digital product will be revoked once the refund is processed.
As outlined in our Disclaimer, we encourage customers to use personal judgment when applying any ideas or materials from our site. If you feel a product does not suit your context, please request a refund rather than continue use against your better judgment.
Physical Goods – Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us to discuss availability and details.
For a physical item to qualify for a full refund, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received,
- In the original packaging, and
- Returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. GrapplingArc cannot guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation and information on your refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or card provider first, as processing times may vary.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Items not in original condition — Products that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error may be subject to a deduction in value.
- Items with deodorant or makeup stains are considered non-resellable and may not qualify for a refund.
- To avoid this, please try on garments over clothing and keep them free from stains.
- Late Returns — Items returned more than 14 days after delivery may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
- Exceptions may be made for documented special circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a short video or photo showing the issue.
In such cases:
- Returns may not be required.
- If replacements are available, we will ship a new item at no additional cost.
- If replacements are unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
