Recollection & Responsiveness

Competition demands a highly charged body for efficiency, governance to keep the charge away from inhibitory pathways, and strategies to maintain problem solving functions.

These pull the same resources into different directions. The usable window is narrow. This quadrant of the system works on keeping alignment under pressure, making it the most significant aspect of preparation.

Motivation

public articles

Motivation sets the ceiling on output. It is shaped by internal and external, past and present factors.

This quadrant of the system works on stabilizing drive and removing the constraints of progress.

Technical Readiness

public articles

This quadrant aligns strategy, training, and rules of recall, in order to keep movements steady when facing intense resistance.

This part focuses on building a competition-ready game that stays accessible under pressure. Principles are provided, while specific drills stay within the responsibility of trainers and clubs.

Physical Condition

public articles

Physical preparation needs to match the demands of the sport, the built of the fighter, and the stage of their career.

Because all these variables change, the system provides principles, not detailed programs for conditioning. Execution stays with the trainer or club.
